Finished post doc. in 2018. I research the genetic disease Familial Dysautonomia (FD) which is an autosomal recessive congenital neuropathy. I attempt to reveal which regulatory pathways regulate the IKBKAP gene, which is defected in FD, and later influence it to elevate IKAP protein levels. |
